Since 1994, Level Consulting Services has provided tailored learning opportunities to create strategic, innovative and resilient individuals, teams and workplace cultures.
Mark is a renowned expert in unlocking individual potential and fostering cohesive teamwork. Mark’s approach is centred on empowering staff to recognise their unique strengths and contributions, enabling them to work more effectively together. Mark has over 30 years of leadership experience across a broad range of services and industries including not for profit, community services, local and state government, business and educational sectors.
Mark has experienced first-hand the challenges of a state-wide community disaster and a significant illness, and has the knowledge and understanding of how to navigate ambiguity, change, loss and uncertainty.
Mark has completed a Master of Education by research – Reflective practices and work intensification (1st class honours).
Qualifications include:
Dip. Y.W, BA, Postgraduate of Ed & Training (Org. Change) & Master of Education.
Mark is adept at tailoring other specific Interpersonal Skill Development workshops as requested.
